Kaylee Miller
Behaviour Consultant
Kaylee specializes in early intervention ABA services for children aged 2–12, focusing on meaningful progress in areas such as communication, self-regulation, daily living skills, and social interaction. She offers both home-based and clinic-based therapy, parent coaching, school and daycare consultations, and individualized support plans grounded in evidence-based practices and collaboration. Kaylee is currently under the supervision of Brianna Dellezay, MS., BCBA , accruing hours for her board certification.
With a warm, supportive approach and deep respect for neurodiversity, Kaylee partners with families, educators, and other professionals to build skills, enhance quality of life, and create lasting, positive change for every child.
Outside of Work
Outside of my professional role, I find joy in spending time with my two girls and my husband, enjoying the outdoors, and being fully present in life’s simple moments. I love deep conversations, laughter that makes my cheeks hurt, and a great cup of coffee.
One of my favourite quotes and a guiding force in both my work and life is by Alexander Den Heijer:
“When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower.”

Kaylee Miller is a passionate and experienced behaviour consultant with a strong commitment to holistic, person-centred care. She holds an undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders with a minor in Deaf and Hard of Hearing Education. Her graduate studies include coursework from a Master’s in Special Education with a concentration in Autism Consulting and a Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) from Ball State University.
