Chaos to Calm
Understand what’s really happening beneath the behaviour and build a calmer, more connected home.
Tuesday nights that turn the science behind your hardest parenting moments into one small thing you can actually try this week
Includes: two private 1:1 coaching sessions with Kaylee.
Starting October 13th | 7:00–8:30 PM CST (Saskatchewan)
You’ve read the parenting posts you’ve tried the strategies.
You’ve stayed calm when you wanted to lose it. You’ve set the boundary, changed the boundary, explained the boundary, and somehow you’re still ending up in the same moments.
The meltdown.
The refusal.
The explosion that seems to come out of nowhere.
The moment where you think, "What am I doing wrong?"
When nothing seems to work, it’s easy to wonder if you’re missing something, am I just not patient, am I failing?
The likely answer is not another parenting strategy or sticker chart!
You can't respond differently to behaviour until you understand what's driving it.
Behaviour is communication.
Chaos to Calm, helps you to understand what the behaviour is telling you.
If any of these sound familiar….
“I’ve tried everything. ”
“ It honestly came out nowhere.”
“Why won’t they just listen”
“Why is everything always a fight?”
You don’t need another parenting hack.
You need to understand what is driving the behaviour and how to work with it instead of against it.
Chaos to Calm
Four weeks to understand the behaviour, regulate the moment, strengthen connection, and build from there.
This isn't four weeks of parenting advice to add to the already overwhelming list of things you think you "should" be doing.
It's about understanding what's happening in your child's brain and nervous system and what that means for the moments that feel hardest at home.
Each Tuesday, Kaylee breaks down the science in a way that actually makes sense, then helps you turn it into one practical shift that you can try that week.
No giant homework list.
No expectation that you'll suddenly become the perfectly regulated parent.
Just understanding, support and a place to start.

Every week gives you one thing to understand and one thing to try at home.
No overwhelming list. No trying to change everything at once.
UNDERSTAND → REGULATE → CONNECT → BUILD
The Program
Week 1 Understand
Why doesn’t anything I try seem to work?
Behaviour always makes sense to the person engaging in it. Every behaviour is doing a job: getting something, escaping something, connecting, ultimately meeting a need. Once we understand what need or purpose the behaviour is serving, we can stop guessing.
This weeks shift: You stop guessing. You’ll be able to look at your child’s hardest behaviour and name what need or purpose its serving.
Week 2 Regulate
Why do they explode over something so small?
Because it wasn’t small. It was the last thing in a day that had already asked too much, the noisy morning, that itchy tag, the transition nobody warned them about. Their reaction isn’t coming out of no where, there bucket was slowly becoming more and more full.
This weeks shift: You’ll know what to do before during and after a meltdown and why the after matters more than anyone else tells you.
Week 3 Connect
Why do I have to say everything five times?
Working memory is a sticky note that clears in seconds so repeating yourself louder doesn’t help, it just turns you into background noise. Connection isn’t the reward for good behavior. It’s a thing that makes a request land in the first place.
This weeks shift: You’ll trade constant reminders and power struggles for a way of communicating that your child can actually connect with and start building back your relationship.
Week 4 Build
OK but will any of this still be true in a month?
Most parenting plans die because they’re too elaborate and ask to make too many changes. Lasting change happens over time, and by changing one small thing at a time. Like a muscle it is something we have to flex and practice in order to see change and growth.
This weeks shift: You’ll build a plan for your family, one small shift at a time, real change that leaves you feeling like success is possible.
By the end of four weeks:
A clear understanding of what’s driving your child’s behavior
Practical tools your family can keep using
A personalized plan for your household’s hardest daily moments built with Kaylee in your private one-on-one sessions.
Imagine feeling less lost in the moments that usually throw your whole house off.
Not because the hard moments disappear.
But because you understand them differently.
After four weeks, you'll have a stronger foundation for:
Recognizing what's underneath the behaviour instead of only reacting to what you see.
Knowing what to do in the moment when emotions are running high.
Regulating before reacting for your child and yourself.
Connecting without abandoning boundaries.
Moving forward with more confidence instead of constantly wondering if you're doing it wrong.
And maybe most importantly...
You'll stop feeling like every hard moment means you're back at square one or that your failing.
Everything you need to start building more calm at home.

Behaviour Consultant & ADHD Coach

Kaylee works with families professionally and kept noticing the same thing: parents would tell her about the meltdowns, the refusals the mornings that ended in tears, and then their child would come to session and do beautifully. No behaviors. Easy transitions. A great hour. Then everyone would go home to the same hard week.
She thought about her own house: it isn’t the clinic. It isn’t the session. The support has to be at home, because that’s where the hard part lives. She gets one hour a week you get the other 167!
Kaylee holds a Masters of Applied Behaviour Analysis and an undergraduate degree in communication disorders. Her work is both Neuro affirming and ABA informed but shes not going to lecture you about the brain. Every class starts with a moment you’re already living and works backward until it makes sense. You don’t need to become an expert. You just need enough understanding to see your child and the hard moments differently.
Ready for things to feel a little less chaotic?
You don't need to figure out every parenting challenge in the next four weeks.
You just need somewhere to start.

You might be wondering...
What age children is this program for?
Age does not matter. This is for any parent that is interested in learning more on behaviours at a foundational level.
Do I need to attend live?
Coming live allows you to ask questions during the Q & A but we know it can be hectic so we will be providing recordings.
What if I can't make one of the sessions?
Not to worry, there will be a recorded version to watch.
Is this therapy?
This is not therapy. I am not a certified therapist. I am providing an educational program to help parents understand behaviours. My background is in ABA .
Is this right for me if my child has ADHD/autism/a diagnosis?
Yes, however behaviour is behaviour, no diagnosis is needed to want to find more calm in your home.
Do both parents/caregivers need to attend?
No.
What happens after I register?
You will receive a confirmation email listing all details including your zoom link.
What if I still have a question?
Please email us at admin@insightfulgrowthpathways.com, we welcome your questions.
You don't need a perfectly calm home.
You just need to understand what to do when it isn't.
Four weeks. Four shifts. One place to start.
